MARKETING MATERIALS TERMS

Thank you for choosing Hoi P'loy as your supplier of fine lighting products. We're excited to work with you and look forward to a prosperous working relationship built on reliability and integrity.

We make custom images, photographs and copy available to retailers, resellers and designers, for use in catalogues, social media, print media and on websites. We invest a great deal of skill and care in creating these materials, and we're glad to share them with the people who sell and specify our products. Their use is subject to the terms below.

Terms and conditions

1. Images are supplied on the basis that they may not be manipulated or altered in any way. The image you publish must remain as supplied.
2. This material may not, under any circumstances, be used to market products originating from other suppliers. Images and copy may only be used to promote products supplied by Hoi P'loy.
3. All marketing channels must be agreed with Hoi P'loy beforehand, to ensure they are in line with our values and principles.
4. All marketing material is subject to copyright. No material may be distributed to third parties without the prior written consent of Hoi P'loy.
5. All published images or photographs must carry a credit acknowledging Hoi P'loy's copyright.
6. All content supplied remains the property of Hoi P'loy (Pty) Ltd.
7. Should the business relationship between the user and Hoi P'loy come to an end, the user agrees to delete and remove all marketing material relating to Hoi P'loy from their platforms, including but not limited to websites, catalogues and showrooms.
8. The user shall comply promptly, within two weeks, with any request from Hoi P'loy to remove or delete content, should such a request be made for any reason.
9. Hoi P'loy reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time at its discretion.

How to request marketing materials

1. Email info@hoiploy.com with your company name and the products you'd like images for.
2. Let us know where the material will be published, such as your website, online shop, social media or a printed catalogue.
3. We'll send you our Marketing Materials Usage Agreement to sign, and your images once it's returned.

Already using our images?

If you've used product photographs from our website or catalogue, please credit Hoi P'loy as the image owner. Before using them for marketing or distribution, please ask us for marketing consent first.
