The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for managing the customer journey from enquiry through to delivery.
Working closely with customers, sales, production and dispatch, you'll coordinate quotations, orders, invoicing, lead times, customer communication and project follow-through to ensure a seamless experience at every stage.
This role has a strong focus on supporting trade, wholesale and project-based customers while also assisting retail customers when required.
We are looking for a production assistant to work with our production team. This is a hands-on position. This role involves processing orders, manufacturing, and packing. Someone who is good with their eyes and hands is preferable as most of the tasks are delicate and require constant focus and attention to small details.

Work well under a head designer, be a team player, knowledge and understanding of tools, machinery and processes, hands on as well as theoretical on problem solving.
