Sales Administrator | Client Relations 

The right person will be a positive, hard-working, self-motivated team player who is proactive, extremely efficient, organized and resourceful. You'll need well rounded admin skills and excellent customer service traits. You should be able to manage orders, handle situations efficiently and take ownership of tasks.

  • Assist clients telephonically, via email and in person
  • Process orders (quotes & invoices)
  • Manage the order process from start to finish including tracking orders and capturing information
  • Assist with Retail, Trade and online orders
  • Develop & maintain client relationships with trade and wholesale clients
  • Maintain & populate spreadsheets for orders, commissions, refunds, exports, system queries
  • Maintain & fulfill order status on sale system
  • Follow up on outstanding payments & statement requests for monthly payers & payments due
  • Cash up & manage petty cash

Work experience and Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales/AdminCustomer service
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken
  • Computer literate
  • Understanding of quotes, invoices and basic accounting
  • Experience on accounting systems such as Xero
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Docs/Sheets
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • MATRIC is a must, tertiary studies a bonus

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric Certificate (Tertiary is a bonus)
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience
  • Drivers License
  • Full time applicants only
