Sales Administrator | Client Relations

The right person will be a positive, hard-working, self-motivated team player who is proactive, extremely efficient, organised and resourceful. You'll need well rounded admin skills and excellent customer service traits. You should be able to manage orders, handle situations efficiently and take ownership of tasks.

The role in 3 parts:


  • Assist clients telephonically, via email and in person

  • Process orders (quotes & invoices)
  • Manage the order process from start to finish
  • Develop & maintain client relationships with a particular focus on trade and wholesale clients
  • Maintain & populate spreadsheets for orders, commissions, refunds, exports, system queries
  • Maintain & fulfill order status on sale system
  • Follow up on outstanding payments & statement requests for monthly payers & payments due
  • Cash up & manage petty cash

Work experience and Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales/Admin/Management

  • Customer service

  • Computer literate

  • Understanding of quotes and basic accounting

  • Experience on accounting systems such as Xero

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Google docs

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • MATRIC is a must, tertiary studies a bonus
